I bought my first car from Laurie. I loved that 1967 Plymouth Valiant. I remember her very fondly.

I lived next door to Laurie & Hugh in Ho Ho Kus, NJ and remember her flair for gardening and swims in the pool. God speed Laurie, the pleasure was mine. Sharon Pingitore (Figueroa)

My last grandparent is gone. What a grand ole dame she was. Amazing that she was walking and talking and being her busy self right up to the end. My Chihuahua Rocky will miss jumping in her lap to lick her face. I will miss her quick wit and openness. Goodnight KLA. Sleep in peace.

What wonderful memories we have of Laurie and Hugh from our days at 130 Prospect St. After they moved to MA hearing from Laurie at Christmas time was an annual delight. She was a magnificent woman and we feel fortunate to have known her. Our love to all of her family.
