This is years belated, as I just learned of Jerry's death. For many years I was at the same summer camp as Jerry, Camp Canadensis. We were the same age. I frequently saw Jerry after camp, but lost touch after college. Jerry was a funny and intelligent off the charts friend. He is unforgettable, and I just want his family to know that he was hgihly thought of and liked by anyone that he met. He passed away years ago, and I believe that I had not seen him after we were past college age. But he is one of those people that you wish you could pick up the phone and talk to. Memorable in the best way.

These times allow for meandering on the internet and I came across this sad news about Jerry's passing.
We were Camp Canadensis friends. Jerry is a mainstay in my childhood memories; he was a sweet, handsome, athletic gentleman with a warm wonderful smile. He stood out because he was a humble standout.
Sorry not to have known him throughout his life. Jerry is thought of with love.

I met Jerry as a little girl when he and his wife lived on our street. I will never forget his warmth, smile and zest for life. Also remember the love he had for his wife and both of his children. I am deeply saddened by his passing, which came too fast and much too soon. My sincere condolences go out to his family. - Amy Solomon

Jerry embodied what AEP meant to me during my years at Tufts. While I was a year behind him, I always found him to be a mentor to me and to everyone else around him. He was inspirational, funny, insightful and always had time for everyone. A true gentleman. My condolences to the family. I am sorry that I could not attend the funeral today but my thoughts and prayers are with you.
