Susan, Schlomo I was sadden by the news of Phyliss's passing. I lost touch with her after she left Center Street in Brookline. I have fond memories of all of you being a few houses away from us for so many years. She was always a positive force and gentle member of the Blumsack clan.

I have the fondest memories of Mrs. Lazarus for so long. Seriously, one of the nicest women I have ever had the pleasure to meet. May her memory be a blessing.
