To the Mosher family, I am so sorry to hear of Hal's passing this morning. Hal and I worked at the DEA together, he would always make it a point to come downstairs and say "hello" with coffee in hand. Occasionally we would meet at the 'Corner Deli' in Plymouth for coffee before heading into Boston. My thoughts are with you at this time.
