My first memories of Mr Palm. Growing up two houses down on Kent Street. When it was a narrow tree lined street. Skating on the marsh. Hanging with all the neighborhood kids. The beach. From there. Watching the Bruins at the Mann Hill house. Catching rides to college with young Mike. We were always welcomed in that house. Thank you for the memories

To all of the family,
We all have very fond memories of Mike and the clan coming over and sitting on Alice's porch on those warm, magical summer Scituate nights on Kent Street. Lot's of laughter and kindness.

I echo my parent's sentiment as "Uncle Dick" was an amazing man and held a very special place in our family. The three of us (Bosworth Girls) could routinely be found visiting with El, Cos and Uncle Dick playing cards or watching the Red Sox. Occasionally, one of us would be seen driving in the long black caddy smushed up close to Uncle Dick in the front bench seat - he was always letting us steer!
He will forever be missed in this world and will always be remembered as much more than just an uncle to all of us.
All my love, thoughts and deepest sympathy to the entire Palm family.

To all my cousins and their families we would like you to know that "Uncle Dick" meant the world to us. We have such great memories of all the times he visited on the Cape with Aunt Marie and all of you during our childhood and the wonderful thanksgivings spent in Scituate. As we grew older and had our families he connected with our children and became a "GREAT" great uncle to them all. His quick humor and funny stories always kept us laughing. He showed love in the way he listened and took an interest in all of the children's lives.
Uncle Dick has reconnected with Aunt Marie and David again. Mom has "Dickie" with her now. Bumpa and Ede and Audrey have their family with them and we do believe they are all together and happy.
Uncle Dick was a fighter and he fought a tremendous battle. We are proud of the way he endured over these last years, it wasn't easy. He is out of pain and suffering and for us it brings some sort of peace and comfort.
We love you Uncle Dick and there will never be another like you. You will live on in our hearts forever.
With our sympathy and love to you all...

I have known Mike since I was a small child. At that time, I saw Mike as a big man who lived in a large house with his large family (and his petite wife). He hit the ball longer, smoked larger cigars and spoke with greater volume than any dad I knew - and he played on the Red Sox. As I grew older, I saw the more human side. I treasure both of these memories. Farewell Mike, you will be missed.
