She was a volunteer for the Extension office in Palmetto and Bethel Baptist Church. Survived by husband, Robert ''Bob'' Werner of Bradenton, FL; son, Joel R. Werner of Bradenton, FL; mother, Alice Wiersema-Elder of Bradenton, FL; brother, Curtis Wiersema of Bradenton, FL; sister, Debbie Fahey of Bradenton, FL. Visitation 3-4PM Sunday May 24, 2015 with Services following at 4PM at Bethel Baptist Church, 1805 30th Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205. Brown & Sons Funeral Homes & Crematory 26th Street Chapel, 5624 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34207 in charge. Memorial donations to Bethel Baptist Church or a favorite charity. Cheryl was truly a gift that God placed into my life. There is no doubt about it and for that gift I will forever be grateful . There will never be words to describe her beauty and uniqueness.
