I was lucky to consider Barbara and her sister Angela friends in high school. After graduation we lost the connection. After reading the heart felt postings of others that knew Barbara, it is comforting to know Barbara was the real deal. She apparently lived her life with the same care and love for others that she demonstrated as a teenager.

This year 2010 would have been our 40th Class Reunion. We have been searching for our fellow classmates to join us in our celebration of our high school years.

I was deeply saddened to learn Barbara is no longer with us. I was looking forward to seeing her again. She will be missed by all of her classmates!

Dear Barbara,
I distinctly and vividly recall the first day we met at orientation day for the incoming national team players in 2003. You spoke warmly to all of us, almost apologizing for the unimpressive stature of Edison, but you confidently assured the boys without hesitation that they would become so closely bonded with Edison...the sudents, teachers, & staff... in such a short time, that they would be crying at graduation and wishing that it wouldn't end. It was a stretch for me to believe that could be possible, but that's exactly what happened. You made the Edison Academy an experience of relationships, a gift that can never be replaced or removed from any of your students. Thank you for being there for my son and the others who loved you dearly. God bless you in heaven and your family on earth as you wait to be reunited.

Love and Respect,

Mrs. Iannarelli's unending love and kindness was something very special. I have never met a woman who worked so hard while maintaining such a passion and care for the well being of her students. Her constant happiness and smiles always lightened up my day. Mrs. Iannarelli will be dearly missed and my deepest condolences go out to her family and community of friends. I will keep you all in my prayers.

To Joe, Barbara's family, Friends and all that knew her and adored her,
My deepest condolences. Barbara was definitely one of the kindest, sweetest, most loving and caring woman I have ever known. She was the calm in any storm.
I had the privilege of meeting and working with Barbara several years ago at Bradenton Academy where my daughter also went to school. In 2001 she and I chose different paths, but Barbara's stayed true to her love and passion, the children and their education at the school she founded, Edison Academic Center. I was privileged and honored to have been able to have my daughter, Tara, attend and graduate in 2004 from that very school.
Without Barbara none of us would have been the same. Although she had an extremely short time here on earth, I hope and pray that all that had the immense honor of knowing her, will strive to be more like her.
Thank you Joe and Barbara's family for sharing with us the gift God gave you, Barbara Iannarelli-Albright.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sadness,

Mrs. Iannarelli is the type of person as soon as you meet her you learn quickly she has a warm and open heart. It was her kindness and beloved nature that drove her students not only to become better students but also better people. She was able to get the best out of us and realize our true potentials. She cared so much about everyone and that care turned into love. i have truly never met a woman as caring, as driven, and as loving as Mrs. Iannarelli. She was woman that made impact in my life and I can not thank her enough for that. I am only one of many that will miss her dearly.

With Respect and Love.. Rest in Peace Barbara Iannarelli.

Mrs. Iannarelli was the type of person who's smiled brightened a room- no matter what had happened just seconds before. She believed in every single one of us. If you didn't think you could do it, she did. If you weren't sure of yourself, she was. If you needed an ear, a shoulder, advice- literally, anything- she was the one to go to. My life will be lived a little more intentionally because of her influence. Never in my life have I met someone with a heart as big as hers, a determination as atrong as hers, and a passion as beautiful as hers. I hope to one day be something like her... Forever loved and missed, Rest in Peace Barbara <3

Ms.Iannarelli was my principal, teacher, and mentor. For each day I would seek out her advice, support, and encouragement for everything I did in school from the current classes I had to student council and yearbook to my personal life. She cared for every single one of her students deeply and only wanted us to succeed in life and reach our goals.

Thank you Ms.Iannarelli for everything!

My condolences go to all who loved and miss her.

Barbara was one of the sweetest, kindest person one could ever meet. She combined her kindness with and incredible amount of intelligence and honesty. Having the privilege of knowing her for the past 18 years has brightened our lives. She always lend a helping hand, no favor was ever to big to ask, to task was ever too tall for her. We already miss her tremendously but heaven will be a brighter place to be as her kindness and big heart already shines upon us from above. She was already an angel on earth and now she is one in heaven looking upon. Will all our love....The Bose Family ( Anne, Alex , Maddox and Sophie)
