I have MANY awesome memories of you and my brothers during our younger years. Hanging around the neighborhood, and playing on "mountain high." But more recently, what sticks out in my head is your return from Iraq and the "welcome home" party in ashland. Seeing you guys get off that bus with huge smiles on your faces will be a memory i will NEVER forget! I'm praying for the entire family. Praying for friends to comfort you, faith to uphold you and loving memories to help you smile again!!!

If Tears Could Build A Stairway, John, and memories were a lane - We would walk right up to heaven - And bring you back again. No farewell words were spoken - No time to say goodbye - You were gone before we knew it - And only God knows why - Our hearts still ache in sadness and secret tears still flow - What it meant to lose you - No one will ever know - But now we know you want us - To mourn for you no more - To remember all the happy times - Life still has much in store - Since you'll never be forgotten - We pledge to you today - A cherished place within our hearts where you'll always stay... We love you JD (Irish Blessing_
