I did not have the opportunity to know Gail Nowacki Palmgren but I have kept up with this story from the very beginning - since I have been keeping up with this story I really feel that I have come to know Gail - I feel a closeness and a connection to this dear woman - as I looked through the video "Hope" that is posted on Lane Funeral Home's website there is a beautiful photo of Gail that I dearly love - she is standing in front of a small tree with some beautiful pink flowers and alot of greenery all around and she is smiling so brightly - this is how I see Gail in her Heavenly home - smiling brightly amidst God's most beautiful flower garden - May you rest in peace Gail and I will meet you when I get to the other side and we can stroll through the beautiful flower gardens together - remembering Gail's children, family and all who knew Gail in my thoughts and prayers.

Gail, I miss you so much, I can't believe the last time I saw you was the last time I'd ever see you. We so take time for granted. I pray you are at last at peace, and with your mom & dad & Jim. My love to you and to all of them as well. Until we meet again someday, I love you.

Many of us here in the Signal Mountain/Chattanooga area did not know Gail personally in the beginning but as time went on, we grew so very fond of this talented, educated mother of two. I don't think a day went by when I didn't wonder where she was, how she was. Although the ending is sad, she will be an angel in heaven now to watch over her two beloved children. Rest in peace Gail. Much sympathy to your family. Jan Vaughn, Lakesite, TN
