Jane I am so sorry for your loss. Working on the base for over 30 years I got to know Bob and in my opinion he was one of the "good guys" in ops. I respected him because he was such a devoted family man and I know he took very good care of you. When Scotty spoke of him at the service held on Friday he couldn't have said it any better. Know that you will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

To the Dahmer family-
I feel blessed to have known Bob, to have flown with him and worked along side of him... He represents the very best the US Air Force ever had to offer this world and the 328th Tactical Airlift Squadron.
I will forever have the most profound respect for him and my professional life was molded by his example.
God Bless you all during this impossibly difficult time.

Dear Family, Friends and Air Force Colleagues - We will all miss Bob and his great big smile and warm, fun-filled personality. I treasure the many years flying in the same squadron, and especially the times I crewed with him in the C-130. "Green side up" my friend. Peace.
