I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time and always. Of the many wonderful memories I have of him, I was just thinking of Joe the other day as I pulled out my earrings he fixed for me a few short years ago. I charish his smile and friendliness. There is a definite hole that could be filled by no one in this world, for he was just that unique of a person.

Joe, I echo the praise's of those who have already posted from the former days in the engine shop at the VTANG. You were a GREAT leader, mentor, and AWESOME supervisor. You always had a positive approach in life. I remember the days in the shop working for you and always enjoyed it. You will be truly missed however always remembered not only by myself but all others that were mentored by your leadership and expertise. You touched many of our lives back then in those days. Annette and Family- you were blessed with a wonderful man, husband, and father who may have departed but will never be forgotten by us all.Joe, you will always be remembered as a mentor to myself in my mind and heart. Joe was one of the greatest people I ever had the pleasure of working with and for. He possessed outstanding technical skills as well as outstanding leadership skills, both of which made his service to the Vermont Air National Guard truly exceptional.
