Margaret Bowman

BOWMAN _ Margaret "Jean" 1920 - 2007 Jean Bowman (nee Wallace) passed away February 11, 2007 at the Chinook Hospice. She is survived by her husband, Gordon, her son Norman (Doreen), grandsons Craig and Jeff, her son John (Josie), son Scott, sister Blanche (Boorman) and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Lloyd. Jean taught school in central Alberta during the 1940's and 1950's. From 1962 to 1998 she resided in Ontario where she managed the family home. She retired with her husband to Calgary, where she was born, in 1998. Jean was a sensitive caring person ever aware of and responding to the needs of her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Foothills United Church (3803 - 69 Street N.W.) on Wednesday, February 14 at 2:00 p.m.
