Marlene NEFF Obituary
With sadness, we announce the passing of Marlene Neff on August 13, 2015. She is survived by her brother Jim (Judy) Barr; extended family members in Hinton as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Marlene will also be fondly remembered by her lifelong friend Lorelei Rogers, born just 14 days apart; her dear friend Shirley Johnson who was always there for her and her sister-in-law Dixie McCall. She was predeceased by her parents Andy and Olga Barr; sister Marion; brother-in-law Harold Firmston; husband Robert Neff and dear friend Marv Allen. At Marlene's request there will be no service. If friends desire, memorial tributes may be made in Marlene's name to Trinity Lutheran Church, 840 - 3 Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0G9 or to Tom Baker Cancer Centre, 1331 - 29 Street NW,Calgary, AB T2N 4N2 (www.albertahealthservices.ca). Jim Judy and kds I think of you guys often and I don't know why but tonight Marlene came to mind just thought I'd check out and see if she was still in Calgary and I found this I'm so srry to hear of her passing. She was a great friend and great neighbor living both above me and below. I know she'll greatly be missed in your family.. I'm living in Lethbridge and have been for the past 7 yrs..

I knew Marlene when we worked at Pacific Petroleums. One beautiful, classy lady! My sincere condolences to all of her family and friends.

My deepest condolences to Jim and all of Marlene family and friends. I became acquainted with Marlene 10 years ago and we became instant friends. I will miss her wonderful sense of humour and great friendship. She will be forever in my heart.
