Paul Rosen Obituary

Paul Morris Rosen, 70, died April 22, following his five-year battle with cancer at Tate Hospice of the Chesapeake. He was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to Philadelphia at the age of seven. He attended New Mexico State University, and had planned to retire in Las Cruces, NM. Paul started his career as a photographer, and continued that passion over the years. He worked for Xerox Corporation before opening his own art gallery, Paul Rosen Gallery, in Georgetown (D.C.) in 1976. He was in the art and framing business until becoming a yacht broker in Annapolis. He moved to Annapolis in 1992 from Reston, VA, and worked as a yacht broker for Annapolis Yacht Sales since 1991. Paul is survived by his wife of 38 years, Diane Mohr Rosen. Donations in his honor can be made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org/donate, to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy., Annapolis, MD 21401.
