Sara "Sally" Marshall Pride Schraibman COLUMBIA - Funeral service for Sara "Sally" Marshall Pride Schraibman, 64, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 26, 2014, at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the home of Michael and Aimee Schraibman. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family. Mrs. Schraibman died Tuesday, December 23, 2014. Born in Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Cadwallader Jones Pride and Sara Elizabeth Marshall Pride. She attended Converse College and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in English and a Master's degree in Business Administration. Sally was a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, where she was on the vestry and co-chairman of the Trinity Bazaar. She was a member of Daughters of The Holy Cross and many other church and community activities. Surviving are her husband, Arnold H. Schraibman of Columbia; son, Marshall P. Schraibman of Washington D.C.; stepson, Michael C. Schraibman (Aimee) of Columbia; stepdaughter, Sara Catherine Schraibman of Aspen, Colo.; daughter-in-law, Lou D. Schraibman of Columbia; brother, Cadwallader J. Pride, Jr., of Greenville; stepmother, Frank Hull Pride of Augusta, Ga.; stepsisters, Carol Palmer (Fred) of Augusta, Ga., Hon. Frank Hull (Tony Aeck) of Atlanta, Ga.; stepbrother, James M. Hull (Karen) of Augusta, Ga.; six grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a stepson, Gary A. Schraibman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gary Schraibman Memorial Foundation, c/o Central Carolina Community Foundation, 2711 Middleburg Drive, Suite 213, Columbia SC 29204 or to a charity of one's choice.
