I am very sad to hear of my cousin Frankie's passing, but have wonderful memories of him at family gatherings at Cherry Hill and Bethany Beach. The whole Talbot family has our sympathy and thoughts.

I worked with Frank some years ago at the Board of Veterans Appeals. He was thoughtful and caring in his approach to the work. I learned a great deal from him and always enjoyed the association. My prayers are with you.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of our cousin, "Frankie". I have many fond memories of our Bethany Beach days when the we cousins got together every year. Our sympathies go to the whole extended Talbot family for your loss.

Judge Talbot is one of the most sincere and respectable people I have ever met in the legal profession. I have worked with him for a few years but have known him even more. I am so sorry for your loss and hope the best for his family as he loved you dearly and spoke of you often.
