Not sure what to say?

I was sorry to hear of Judge Talbot's passing. He was a fine judge. It was always an honor to appear before him. He was thorough and fair. He is missed.

I appeared as a representative before Judge Talbot for many years. He always treated my disability clients with respect. Judge Talbot was a nice man. North Rice, Wilmington, North Carolina

I am very sad to hear of my cousin Frankie's passing, but have wonderful memories of him at family gatherings at Cherry Hill and Bethany Beach. The whole Talbot family has our sympathy and thoughts.

Sue and JT

I worked with Frank some years ago at the Board of Veterans Appeals. He was thoughtful and caring in his approach to the work. I learned a great deal from him and always enjoyed the association. My prayers are with you.

Ms Jane, you and your family are in our hearts and prayers. Judge Talbot was a wonderful man. May he be at peace.
