I miss you Mimi! I think about you all the time. Thank you for being someone I could always look up to and admire. Thank you for showing me how a woman should live her life when I had no other examples. You were and always will be a special person in my life. I'll miss the days when we used to sit around and watch the Golden Girls and I'll miss calling you for advice. I'll miss your hugs and your Mimi-ism's. I'll miss buying you pajamas for xmas. I'll miss all the things we used to do together but i know that even if you aren't here in person, your spirit lives on in my heart and all the hearts of your children and grandchildren. Without you we wouldnt all be the stubborn, strong minded people we are today. I dont think we'd all be as close as we are if it werent for you. I love you forever Mimi! You'll always be my "old bird" :)

My Mother was an amazing woman. A daughter first,then a sister, wife, a
fantastic mother,Mimi and Big Mimi and most of all a friend. I will miss her for the joy she brought into the lives of everyone she touched. She will be missed for the way she raised her children, with respect and dignity and for famously spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is with our Daddy now and I can just see them dancing to Al Hirt records in Heaven. I love you Mom. You were and still are a grand lady.

I'm so sorry to hear of her passing! I used to love going to Uncle Harry and Aunt Mary's house and visiting with Christine, Missy, and Jimmy and all the cousins.

Janet and family, I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mother. But just remember that when our life on earth has ended, we will feel God's warm embrace.
