June Steger Obituary
Mrs. Steger, 49, of Huntersville, NC passed away on May 14, 2010 at her home. She was born on June 25 1960 in Buffalo, NY, daughter of Barbara Zolnowski and the late Richard Zolnowski. June worked for Jared the Galleria of Jewelry as a sales associate.
Survivors include her husband, Kent Steger of Huntersville, NC; sisters, Kim Grill and her husband, Joseph, of Arizona; Amy Vilcnik and her husband, Frank, of Del Ray Beach, FL; Paula Kotaska her husband, William, of Boynton, FL and Lois Schenk and her husband, Robert, of Boynton Beach, FL.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 21, 2010 in the chapel of Hankins & Whittington Funeral Service, 1111 East Boulevard, Charlotte, NC. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 at the funeral home.

Dear Kent, Wayne and I were shocked to hear about June's death yesterday. One of the old neighbors on Rambling Road told us that she had seen the notice in the paper. June was always full of energy and such a sweet person. We have fond memories of her jogging around the neighborhood. We will pray for you and your family at this difficult time. We miss you both.

Dear Zolnowski and Steger families. Words can not express the sadness I feel at June's passing. She was a wonderful, beautiful person. The world has lost a ray of sunshine, but now she is with our Heavenly Father. He will take care of her now. Her burden is over. God Bless you all. You will be in my prayers.
