Harold Myron Kerman, age 91, WWII vet., CPA and CEO of Steiner Electric; beloved husband of Joan Barbara, nee Steiner; dear son of the late George and Frieda Kerman; loving father of Robert J. (Diane) Kerman and Richard (Carol) Kerman; grandfather of John (Aga) Kerman, Kyle Pucek, Joseph Kerman, Laura Jane (Eric) Meyer and Jacob Zimmerly, Adam, Jason and Josh Kerman; great-grandfather of Louden, Chaise, Colton and Madissen; brother of Howard (Marietta ) Kerman; devoted son in law of the late George and Jane Steiner; special friend of Dale and Jeff Izenstark. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to charity of your choice. Visitation Today, Wednesday, 4 to 8 p.m. at the Weinstein Funeral Home, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette, IL and Service Thursday at 11 a.m. at Weinstein Funeral Home. Interment Rosehill Cemetery, Chicago. Mr. Kerman leaves a legacy that reaches across generations. He was a man of his word and his old school ways spoke volumes into how he valued integrity, honesty and the meaning behind a hand shake. Mr. Kerman was the owner of a company that treated its employess like family members and exteneded that support to thier families. His kindness and generousity were felt even during a recession.
