Beloved husband of the late Gloria Velez Colmar; dear son of the late Elizabeth Trichel and the late John (Christine) Colmar Sr.; loving father of Sherry (Jason) Dial and John (Keri) Colmar III; fond brother of Craig (Teri) Colmar, Steven (Donna) Colmar, Joan Colmar and the late Charles (Darlene) Colmar, and the late Christopher Colmar; loving grandfather of Emma C. Dial, John L. Colmar IV, John David A. Dial, Ryan M. Colmar, Audra C. Dial, Garrett J. Dial and the late Jason R. Dial Jr.; fond uncle of 10 nieces and nephews.
