My father was a very complex and interesting man, a loving man, a caring man. He felt deeply even though at times he could not express this outwardly. Through visiting with friends and family I have had the chance to recall how funny he was and just how beloved he was. I hope that through caring for him in the last months of his life I was able to reinforce to him how much he was loved. Dad, you will forever be with me, here in my heart of hearts.

On March 11, 2011 We lost a great man. He was a great Father to me. May He rest in peace. He tought me love, compassion, friendship, forgiveness and kindness. I pray the He is in Heaven playing golf, fishing and telling His funny jokes and stories. I love you, Dad.

I will always think fondly of "Uncle Al" . He was my Father's Best Friend,
favorite golf buddy, and all-around good guy. He had a sharp sense of
humor and could really make my Mom "cackle" with delight.
He had a 'heart of gold' and we are grateful that he shared that with our
family.
May God hold the family in his hands and comfort you with the knowledge
of everlasting life.
