Lester Rosen, age 83.Beloved husband of Deborah, nee Nodler. Dedicated father of Alison (David Vogel) Rosen-Vogel and Jordan (Shelli) Rosen. Proud grandfather of Ariana, Madison, Arriana, Matthew and Abigail. Caring brother of Charlotte Garson. Services Monday, 11AM at North Shore Congregation Israel, 1185 Sheridan Rd., Glencoe, IL 60022. The Michael Grants were out of town and did not know of Lester's passing. I have known him since at least the early 1970's and while at Mid-North I worked with him at least weekly. He was always a mentor to me.
I often said to my peers that if I had a complex mortgage closing and could select lender's counsel and the deal was critical it would be Lester above anyone else in the legal community. I also always admired his service during the Korean Conflict. He was a Navy man t the end. !
