Dear Frankie, MIlan and entire Gajda family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. We are so very sorry for your tremendous loss. I remember Coach Laddie as a little girl when our father took us to watch my brothers play soccer for Sparta. Later in years at the Moravian and Czech events. Always smiling, always such a kind gentleman.
Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Many fond memories for me and my brother Paul of Coach "Laddie" from our years with Sparta. He was a positive influence in our lives and a long-time friend of the Skach family. My boys, also soccer and hockey players, know of him and Sparta.
Our deepest sympathies to the Gajda Family. Peace be with you Laddie (Pokoj Jstebou) - Josef Skach and Family

What a kind & gentle soul he was. Always humble & willing to give & serve and ask nothing in return, only how else can I help. I remember his great career with Sparta Soccer Club as a player & longtime coach who mentored countless young people- he must have driven a million miles to those games over the many years. Also memorable were his singing duets at Moravsky Den with Standa Vymislivsky which added to the tradition of this wonderful event. But most memorable to me was his genuinely warm personality which enriched the lives of so many in our Czech community- he was one of the all-time greats. God blessed him with a beautiful family & he gave back the gifts he received in turn to all the rest of us many times over. Zbohem!
