Dear Gloria and family
What memories you must all have of a kind, giving husband and father. I know we remember him fondly for his unselfish time he gave to the boys in their youth. Our Lord now has him in His warm embrace forever at peace. Our family's prayers are with you all--

I am very saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Over the years at EMD, Joe was always helpful and easy to work with on our various Sales and Service projects. Joe's photographic skills were outstanding and his presentation was always professional. I extend my heart felt sympathies to his family. Joe will not be forgotten. His memory will continue in his images as a testiment to his life and work. I am glad that he was part of my life at EMD. Thank you, Joe, for your kindness and friendship.

I am extremely sadden to hear of Joe's passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to you Gloria and your wonderful children that Joe always spoke of. What I remember the most about Joe was his smile, which he did often. I saw him about 2 or 3 years ago back at Electro-Motive Division. Words cannot express how I feel at this time. I am just very grateful to have known and work with your husband over the past 25 years.

Our entire family is saddened by the passing of this gentle and loving family man. He was a part of our lives in many ways: scouting, love of trains and the beautiful memories he made through his photography of our daughters' weddings. He will always be in our thoughts. We will not pray FOR him, but TO him, that he will help those left behind continue to live by his example. Fondly, The Hrdlicka Family
