I am sorry to hear of Jim's passing. He mentored me several years ago and while I had not seen him in over 10 years, his early lessons have always been the foundation for my success in the business. I was shocked to hear the news and to those who knew him, he will be missed.

Aunt Pauline and all of the Perdiew Family, We are so sorry to hear about Jim's passing. Jim's Aunt, Shirley Berry was my mom and also just passed. I was looking forward to meeting up with Jim again and doing some catching up. He was always so interesting to talk with at family reunions and such. It was terrible news and everyone will miss him greatly.
