I am so very sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my thoughts and my heart hurts for you. Phil was a great guy and was like another brother to me when I was growing up. He meant a lot to me and has been thought of most fondly all of these years. He will be very much missed. We are so sorry to hear of Phil's death. We will always remember the WVHS football games and the times our two families got together. We had a lot of fun, didn't we?
