June Money Obituary

The Service of Remembrance for Mrs. June Rudolph Money, age 88, of Lecanto, FL, will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 17, 2011, at the Cornerstone Baptist Church with Dr. Babb Adams and Pastor Greg Kell officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery, Inverness, FL. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the time of service Sunday at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to please consider a memorial donation to the Cornerstone Baptist Church Building Fund. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.HooperFuneralHome.com.
Mrs. Money was born July 15, 1922, in Miami, FL, daughter of the late Clarence and Muriel (Bristol) Rudolph. She died April 13, 2011, in Lecanto, FL. She worked as a clerk for United States Postal Service and was a homemaker. She moved to Inverness, FL from Miami in 1972. Mrs. Money was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church, where she was involved with the Baptist Women's Activities.
Mrs. Money was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Lowell Money Sr., and a grandson, Joseph Andrew LaBaw. Survivors include son, Edgar Lowell Money Jr.; 2 daughters: Marcia June (Charles David) McGee of Lecanto, FL, and Karen Elizabeth (Richard Ahrnell) LaBaw; brother, Clarence Frank "Bud" Rudolph; 3 grandchildren: Scott (Jessica) McGee, Loren (Jack) Fleeger, Michelle (Tom) Keating; 8 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes & Crematory.
