Jenna Lee Cain was born to Evan and Della (Peters) Blakinship on August 17, 1933 in Morton, WA. She passed away at home, in Onalaska, WA on March 1, 2009.
Jenna was raised in Randle, WA. She married Charles Cain on October 10, 1950 in Portland, OR and together they moved to several states, as he traveled with the military. They ended up in Onalaska in 1991.
Jenna was a member of the Morton Seventh Day Adventist church and enjoyed genealogy. She worked for 20 years as a medical record technician for St. Peter's Hospital, Olympia, WA. She also worked at Steck Medical Clinic and in area nursing homes.
Lovingly remembering Jenna are her children: Laura Guest, Auburn, WA, Keith Cain, Onalaska, WA, Mark Cain, Olympia, WA, Brian Cain, Chehalis, WA and Kyle Cain, Woodbridge, VA. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and her sisters: Roberta Johnson, St. George, UT and Louie Ann Fugate, Randle, WA, as well as many other family members and friends.
Preceding Jenna in death were her husband: Charles Cain, her daughter: Rae Lee Lester and her sister: Ilene Melton.
Memorial donations in Jenna Cain's name may be made to The Lewis County Adventist School, 2104 S. Scheuber Rd., Chehalis, WA 98532.
A memorial service for Jenna will be held on Sunday, March 15, 2009, 3:00pm, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Centralia, WA. Jenna's final resting place will be at Alpha Cemetery, Onalaksa, WA.
Arrangements are under the direction of Brown Mortuary Service, Chehalis, WA.
