Jerome SCHIMPF Obituary
Jerome L., beloved husband of Joyce A. Schimpf (nee Feinauer), devoted father of Laura (the late Mark) Esslinger, Eric (Julie), Kurt, and MaryCarol Schimpf, and Krista (Brad) Toft, cherished grandfather of Josh (Hope), Mollie (Dan), Matt (Kelly), Tim, Jacob, Steven, Nathan, Adam, Alex, and Emma Grace, caring great-grandfather of Liam, Megarin, Claire, Jackson, Rylee, and Carley, dear brother of Joan Dunlop, Margaret Huddleston, Judith Schimpf, and Kathy Honican, loving brother-in-law of Mary Lou Healey. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Died, May 22, 2012. Age 79 years. Residence Anderson Twp. He spent his life serving the public as a Sgt. with the Cincinnati Police Dept., Assistant City Prosecutor, Private Practice Attorney, and Administrative Assistant to Hamilton County Sheriff Simon Leis. He was also a member of American Legion Post 72. Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church on Wednesday, May 30 at 10 am. Friends may visit at T.P. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2050 Beechmont Ave., Mt. Washington, on Tuesday from 5 to 8 pm. If desired, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati.
