My heart goes out to Ben's family. I coached Ben in baseball when he lived in Pasadena and he was one of my favorites. He was a fine young man and will be missed by all who knew him.

Ben was a friend of my daughter's and though I didn't know him well, he was always smiling and sweet. A very charismatic young man. It breaks my heart to know he is no longer in the world.

Do not stand at my grave and forever weep.
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and forever cry.
I am not there. I did not die.
May you find some peace in this difficult time.

I have fond memories of Ben when he grew up. I remember the day Buz told us he had a baby boy at work and remember him at firm events and watched him grow over the years. My condolences to Buz, Judy and the girls for their sad news and loss. My prayers and thoughts are with you and Ben.
