Cruey, William David Sr., 89, resident of Batavia, passed March 22, 2016. Beloved husband of Ruth N. Carroll Cruey; Loving father of Laura (Dale) Harcourt, Sandra (Larry) Zimmer, William (Jeanette) Cruey Jr. and Mark (Patricia) Cruey; Cherished grandfather of Adam, Michael, Wayne, Tony, Christine, Jason, Derek, India, Brandon, Amanda and Richard; Great grandfather of 11; Great-great grandfather of 2; Brother of Wanda Winchester and Mary Turner. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by daughter Barbara Cruey and brothers Cecil and Carl Cruey. Visitation Friday March 25th 12:30 - 2 PM. Funeral 2 PM. So saddened to hear of the passing of Bill. I worked at Lunken for many years and have a lot of great memories of my association with Bill. He was a very good man and always willing to help someone! Always had a smile! Please except my deepest condolences!
