Bernie, Gay & Ryan ~ my heart goes out to you and your entire family during a very difficult time. Great memories of times past will eventually replace the sensations of hurt and loss. Believe.

As a kid in Belmont in the fifties I had the pleasure of working with Bernard's mother in the mill and getting rides to Laconia while hitching with his highly successful self-made businessman dad. Bernard and his sisters emulated the values taught them by their parents. Bernard is easily the most successful and prominent native to come out of Belmont. His family in this time of grieving should know that to have known Bernard was to have known a true gentleman and such was a honor.

Gay & Bernie, I just learned of your loss yesterday. My prayers go out to you both during this time.

My sincere sympathies to the Boutin family on the passing of a wonderful human being. I met Bernie in years past after he retired when I was associated with the Knights of Columbus as their general agent. Bernie really impressed me with his "down to earth" manner and his dedication and interest inthe Knights of Columbus in New Hampshire in his younger days.
May he rest in peace,

Dear Alice,
I only read about your lost this evening and was going through the Burlington Free Press online, and I wanted to offer my sincere condolences. My dad, Emmett Kelley was a great friend of Bernie's and Tom McIntyre. It was Bernie who convinced my dad that St. Michael's was the school for me, and the experience completely changed my life.
My prayers are with you,
Mark Kelley
