Don Holderman Obituary
Don was born on December 8, 1922, in Dickens, Texas, the son of the late Dee and Ermine (Wooten) Holderman. He grew up in Portales, New Mexico. During World War II, he was a Japanese POW in the Philippines and after 20 years of service in the United States Army, he retired. On February 21, 1946, married Maxine Watkins in Carlsbad, New Mexico. They moved to the Laguna Park area in 1988. He was a member of the Masonic Blue Lodge and the Scottish Rite.
Don is survived by his wife, Maxine of Clifton; daughter, Donna Curl and husband, Mike of Chandler, Arizona; brother, Hulin Holderman of Lovington, New Mexico, and two grandchildren, Sam and Maya Curl.
Arrangements are by Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors, Whitney, Texas.
