Collierville, TN

88, of Collierville, TN, passed away September 30, 2015. Mrs. Dunseath was born in Rome, NY, May 31, 1927, to Willard and Florence Shuster Bissell. She grew up in Wilkinsburg, PA, and graduated from Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA, where she was a member of Kappa Delta sorority and met her husband, Robert S. Dunseath. Before starting a family, she worked for a law firm and Prudential Insurance Co. While living in Conway, AR, she worked for the Arkansas Civil Defense. She was active in civic and charitable organizations and enjoyed singing in the church choir. Her greatest joy was her family. She loved reading, sewing, family vacations, tomato soup, playing card and board games, and having family home for the holidays. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Church. Mrs. Dunseath was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mrs. Dunseath was predeceased by her parents and her husband of 63 years. She is survived by her sons: Robert (Sharon) of Collierville, TN, Greg (Cindy) of Conway, AR, and David of Nashville, TN; also seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Dunseath donated her body to the Genesis Program, Medical Education & Research Institute, Memphis. TN. Memorials may be made to Grace Venture, Grace Evangelical Church, 9750 Wolf River Blvd, Germantown, TN 38139 (www.graceevan.org). The family plans a private memorial.

Helen was the best description of a "lady" that I have ever encountered. We knew Helen and Bob through Hussmann ... but, it was more than a business relationship. We were good friends. Soft spoken, and so truly beautiful in every way, I will miss Helen Dunseath. Mary CArney
