Eddie Walker age 83, passed away August 21, 2016. He is survived by daughters Vedia Brunt, Edlyn Walker and Phyllis Jeans, and sons Derris Batts and Sherrod Jackson.
Services: Saturday August 27th at 1pm New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, 1407 Church Rd. Southaven, MS Visitation 12 noon. Burial in Senatobia Memorial Cemetery.

I can't express the sorrow that's in my Heart. I loved Uncle Eddie with all of my heart. He'll truly be missed by me and my family (Keith-Tonya-Keira). Your loved one will be truly missed. Eddie, as we called him- was the joy of each person , who met him. My sister and I met him many years ago, through the friendship of our friend, Dr. Omar (Brownie) McGhee. Eddie was the life of the meeting. He never met a "stranger"- everyone in his eyes were somebody. We shall miss his smile, wittiness, and overall manly qualities. One can never replace a "jewel" of a man like Eddie.
