Millington, TN
Paul Charles, Jr., 58, of Millington, died September 14, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father Paul Charles, Sr., and survived by his mother Carmen Charles, daughter Jennifer Singleton (Keegan), brothers Ken Charles, Raymond Charles, Victor Charles and Richard Charles (Erin), nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Paul was a kind and generous person, a loving father, son and brother. He will be missed by all that knew him. He was retired from the City of Memphis Division of Public Works. A memorial service will be held Monday, September 26 at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Church, 461 South Prescott, 901-458-0307. The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:15 a.m. in the Hearth Room of the church prior to the service.
