The members of the Military Marksmanship Association offered their sympathy on the passing of SFC William H. Thornton.
We thank him for his service to the marksmanship community, the U.S. Army, and the nation.
He will be remembered by those who served with him.

Our sincere Christian sympathy to you and your family. We feel honored to have known and gone to church with Bill and yourself. Bill was a wonderful friend and is to be commended for his military service. It was a pleasure being in his company. Our love and prayers go out to you.
