This is Emily Guess Cannon. I want to express my deepest sympathy to Phyllis' husband, children, siblings and others in the loss of this wonderful woman. She and I were best friends during most of our high school years. I respected and admired her for many things, but especially for her great love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the enthusiasm and willingness she displayed in telling others about Him. May you all be comforted by God's love and peace as you await the time you will be reunited with her around God's throne to adore and worship Him forever.
