Lucas Bourke Obituary
We found out yesterday that you passed away under the most unfortunate circumstances. You are a beautiful, bright, bold, caring, loving, wonderful son, brother, father, nephew, grandson, and friend.
We sat outside waiting for you to come home and you never did. We will never understand why you were taken at such a young age. Our hearts ache and there are no words to express the sorrow and pain that we all will feel for the rest of our lives. You touched so many hearts with your bright eyes and smile that will stay etched in our hearts forever. We love you and miss you buddy.
Lucas's celebration of life will be held Saturday, Oct. 12, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the VFW, 6 Court St., Concord. Please join us in his celebration.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lucas's memory to a trust fund for the care of his daughter, Laylin Rose Bourke.

So saddened to hear of Lucas' passing..though I haven't seen him in a while, he was always the nicest kid with that great little smile...I can't even begin to imagine how difficult this time is for the family members he left behind...my heart truly goes out to Shannon, Amber, Melissa & little Laylin..I am so sorry!

Our thoughts and prayers to Lucas's family, Missy and Laylin. Lucas came to our house on many occasions with Missy and Laylin. He was a hard worker and a great father from what I saw in the short time I knew him.

To the Bourke Family, our hearts hurts knowing what a tragedy you are experiencing at this time. I remember Lucas when he would come to work with his Dad, his adorable freckled face with big eyes and an equally big smile. He clearly idealized his Dad. This kind of lose is never understandable, we, the survivors must carry on each day with a wounded heart. Our prayers are with you all, Charlie and Janis Poland

We are deeply saddened for Lucas and his family. There are no words or actions to lessen the intense pain his wonderful family is enduring but know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of many - all of who are there to help in any way possible. We will miss Lucas' bright eyes and smile and his warm interactions with those he loved.
