Charlotte Love Obituary

Charlotte Ann Thompson Love

COSHOCTON: Charlotte Ann Thompson Love, 77 of Coshocton passed away peacefully on Friday August 21, 2015.

Charlotte was born in Coshocton on February 17, 1938 to the late Charles and Marjorie (Bailey) Thompson.

Our mom loved to travel. She recently told us that she didn't want to go, but she couldn't stay here. Perhaps she is visiting South Carolina (her favorite place we ever lived). Perhaps she is sitting alongside of the river in France (she always knew the correct name of in New York times crossword and Jeopardy ) reading the newest Murder mystery she borrowed from the Coshocton County Public Library, of which she was a stead fast patron. She is a die hard, straight ticket, always voted Democrat. She absolutely wants her vote cast for Hillary Clinton in 2016. We teased her that this could indeed happen as the Obama administration proved that you can vote even from the afterlife. She does however think Trumpypoo (her nickname for him) has a chance, and none too happy with that.

We are her four daughters, Heather Wenger Unger, Megan Wenger Matthews, Neysa Kopcsak Thornsley and Emily Kopcsak Azadi. We blessed her with eight grandchildren, who in turn blessed her with 16 great grandchildren. She was very fond of two of her sons in law, Rollin Matthews and Jimmy Unger. She was very close to her brother, Michael Farver and his wife, Betty Weingarten Farver. They were not only family but the best of friends.

Please DO NOT send flowers. She likes them but said they make her sneeze and cough too much. Please DO make a donation to The Coshocton County Public Library or Coshocton County Hospice. The tender loving care they provide is stellar.

Per her wishes there will be no funeral or calling hours. She does want those that knew her and loved her to raise a toast to her and this wonderful crazy thing called life.

Our Mom

We admire her strength and grace.

She did not get that way because things worked out.

She got that way because she handled it.

On a thousand different days in a thousand different ways she

handled it.

She is our super hero.

We love you Mom.
