A significant impact on my teenage years, Gordo was a man of conviction, and he had the patents to prove it. I would often laugh at his whimsical jokes while family members might utter, "not again!" I'll never forget his wry grin when explaining something far beyond my understanding. An accomplished man who will be sorely missed. May he rest in the palm of God's hands.

Peggy, Brian and family,
Gordon (Mr. Skorup) was as much an asset to Troop 48 as any of us were or are. He was a positive influence on everyone he came in contact with and his legacy will live on with me and the Troop for all of time.

Dear Family,
All my contacts with Gordo have been on the air from Colorado, because I am sure if we met with the SJRA group before we moved out here.It sure looked like Gordo lived a full life, which many of us have not done.

Funny, I just received my ballot today for they June primary. I enjoyed seeing him working the polls at the Evesham fire house.
