Jacqueline Arcieri Obituary

ARCIERI, Jacqueline Schneider Age 48, of Evesham, NJ, became an Angel in Heaven on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at home with her husband by her side, after a courageous battle with a rare cancer. Born in Mt. Vernon, NY, she was a longtime resident of Holland, PA, before moving to New Jersey over 11 years ago. Jacqueline worked for many years as an admissions coordinator/social worker at The Children's Home in Mt. Holly, NJ. It was there that she met her husband of nearly 16 years, leaving work to become a full-time mom. She was an avid reader, passing on this love of books to Sarah Nicole, her daughter. She loved stained glass, creating pottery, sailing and nature, especially bears. Jacqueline was involved in her daughter's activities at the Robert B. Jaggard Elementary School in Marlton, NJ. She is survived by her husband Joseph Arcieri; her pride and joy, 8 year old Sarah Nicole Arcieri; her parents Joseph F. and Elaine Schneider of Holland, PA; 2 brothers Joseph Schneider of Perkasie, PA and Thomas Schneider of Houston, TX; 2 sisters Joan Schneider of Ft. Collins, CO and Joanne Talbot of Clifton, VA; sister-in-law Caroline Arcieri-Hennessey of North Wildwood, NJ and many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, June 22, 2010 from 10-11AM at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, 100 Willow Bend Road, Marlton, NJ 08053. A Mass of Christian will follow at 11AM at the church. Interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Children's Home of Mt. Holly 243 Pine Street, Mt. Holly, NJ 08060 or to the charity of the donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the MATHIS FUNERAL HOME, Medford, NJ.

Jackie was a wonderful person and I feel blessed to have had the honor to know her even if it was for a short time. Her memory will stay alive in the love she had for you and Sarah. We will do all we can to make sure that she always lives on in our memories! Her death will not be in vain as she has taught me to love a little harder, live a little more and laugh a lot harder while you can! I will continue to pray that God is able to ease you and your families' pain as much as possible. I know that she felt everyone's love and support! Be free of pain and rest in peace, Jackie!

Jackie was a wonderful wife to my brother Joseph and the best sister-in-law anyone could ever have. Most importantly she was an absolutely fantastic mom to my niece Sarah. I will miss her terribly!
