Daddy it's been 8 months since you been gone. People say it should start getting easier and the pain and hurt will mellow soon but that is a lie. I know we didn't have the father daughter relationship that I would have like when I was younger up until recently. But at least towards the end we were getting the bond that I so wanted for so long on the right track. And I got the one thing from u I so longed for is that you loved me and always haved and u where proud of me for the woman I became and happy that meet someone I can spend the rest of my life with. I will always love you and remember the memories I do have of u when we did spend time together.Until we meet again. Love always and forever you oldest daughter.

Missy, I don't even know what to say. Tom left too soon, all of your children lost their father too soon. Parents should never have to lose their child. God has a reason for everything! We just may not ever agree. Please find peace and happiness for all of you in the memories of your heart! Love all of you..prayers and hugs!

To the family,

May the beautiful memories of your loved one provide solace and strength to you during this difficult time; and may you also find comfort from God's Word: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."
