Chef Glen's quiet, patient mentorship and leadership by example were inspirational. His coworkers mattered to him... And we loved him dearly. The most memorable thing about Chef was his contagious laugh. He could make you laugh when the whole restaurant was slammed and stressed out. He was a mountain.

Chef Glen was just such a great boss, co-worker, teacher, and man in general. Chef always had a smile on his face and was always willing to lend a hand. He was my Sous Chef at Casino Aztar and showed me the ropes when I was a novice. Chef Glen taught me how to be a good cook and that you can rise up in the ranks with hard work. May the angels give Chef Glen open arms, as he gave all who knew him.

I've had the pleasure of witnessing Glen's ascention from cook to Chef in his culinary passion and to have known him throughout this time, "he has been a very courteous and mild mannered professional and friend!" It saddens me to know that he's gone but I rejoice in the fact of knowing that he will never be forgotten as he dwell in that house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens...R.I.P. my friend, "God Speed!"
