Thomas J. Garrow Jr.

GARROW Thomas J. Garrow, Jr., age 40, of Milford, beloved husband of Dana Cote Garrow, died on Saturday, May 15, 2010. Born in Bridgeport on January 7, 1970, he was a son of Thomas J. and Beverly Musante Garrow of Shelton. Mr. Garrow was a resident of Shelton for many years before moving to Milford four years ago. He graduated from Shelton High School in 1989 and attended Porter and Chester Institute for auto mechanics. Tom was a valued and dedicated employee of Filene's/Macy's for 20 years. He enjoyed motocross racing, fishing, golfing and cooking for his family. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time walking on the beach with the love of his life. In addition to his wife and parents, survivors include two brothers, Kevin Garrow and his wife Dina of Shelton and Brian Garrow and his wife Sharon of Stratford; his father and mother-in-law, David and Karen Bennett of Milford; his sister and brother-in-law, Colleen and John Adam of Valencia, Calif.; his grandmother-in-law, Grace Lakatos of Milford; three nieces, Ashley, Chloe, Sydney and a nephew, Brian. Funeral services will take place on Friday, May 21, 2010 at 10 a.m. in the Nichols United Methodist Church, 35 Shelton Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Lawn Cemetery, Shelton. Friends may call on Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
