Amanda Wells Obituary
Amanda A. Wells, age 25, of West Haven passed away suddenly on November 7, 2013. Born in New Haven, daughter of Dayna Wells Drost and the late Christopher Prostko. She is also survived by her son Christopher Damiani, her step father Douglas Drost, her siblings Jessica and Matthew Drost, her maternal grandmother Arlene Bruneau, her paternal grandmother Stella Prostko, her step grandmothers Edith Drost and Linda Wells, her aunts and uncles, Bernadette & Ronald Gaul, Richard Rich, Kenneth Wells, Cristy & Will Seward, Edna Baransky, and Stuart & Marlene Drost, and her cousins, Kenneth Wells, Julia, Ronnie, and Shawn Gaul, Madelynn & William Seward IV, John Baransky, Rachel and Kyle Drost. She was predeceased by her grandfather's Kenneth Wells and Jerzy Prostko and her uncle Lester Prostko. Amanda was a bright and beautiful girl with an infectious smile and a big heart. She was a wonderful mother to the love of her life, her son. Amanda was an honors student at Gateway Community College and a graduate of West Haven High School Class of 2006. She was loved by so many and will be missed by all whose lives she touched. The hours for visitation will be Monday from 4-8pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery.
