Lillian Nevelus Obituary

NEVELUS Lillian F. Nevelus was born February 27, 1926 in Bridgeport and died Tuesday, February 13,2007 at West River Health Care, Milford. She leaves her husband John; son, Craig; daughter, Cheryl Young; son-in-law, Herb; and two grandchildren, Daniel and Crystal An. Lillian worked for 23 years as a Bridgeport School Crossing Guard and served as president for 8 years of the Bridgeport School Crossing Guard Assoc. and president of Edison School PTA, Bridgeport. She also served as secretary of the Milford Senior Center. Lillian was devoted to family and friends and loved them around her always. All funeral services will be held privately in the Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Arrangements are in care of the Dennis & DCArcy Funeral Home, Stratford.

Mr. Nevelus, Craig and Cheryl,

We have many wonderful memories of Mrs. Nevelus and the whole family. Her wonderful hospitality and concern for people were memorable and will be missed.

We are thankful for having known her and comforted in knowing that she is at peace.

Her memory is in our thoughts and prayers.
