Henry B. Langella, age 82, of Trumbull, passed away January 9, 2014 in his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Langella was born in Bronx, NY and was a longtime Trumbull resident. Mr. Langella graduated from Manhattan College and was an accountant and controller for Borden Corporation retiring in 1991. After to this he was employed with Dolly Madison Ice Cream and Santa Fuel. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing horseshoe; but his favorite pastime was spending time with his family at barbeques and cookouts where he grilled many delicious meats for all to enjoy. He was an army veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by his beloved wife, Christine Parker Langella of Trumbull; four children Daniel Howard Langella of Trumbull, Laura Bell and her husband Russell of North Haven, Angela Scott of TN, and David T. Parker and his wife Gina of Shelton; one sister Susan Fusco of NY; seven grandchild; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend his funeral service on Monday at 10:15 a.m. at the Cyril F. Mullins Funeral Home 39 White Plains Rd. Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m. at St. Theresa Church 5301 Main St. Trumbull. Interment in the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT. Friends may call on Sunday from 2-6 pm.
