Julia Withrow

WITHROW - Julia Doris "Judy" Withrow, age 74, entered into rest suddenly on Thursday September 29, 2011 at her home in Derby. She was the devoted wife of the late Bobby Lee Withrow. Judy was born in Derby on September 17, 1937 daughter of the late Mitry and Theresa (Jachyra) Syrotiak. A lifelong Derby resident, she was employed as a receptionist for Dr. Rosenfeld for many years. Judy was an avid reader and game player, who loved her family and especially cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren. She is the beloved mother of Denise Sura and her husband Robert, Donna Lisewski and her husband Stanley, Martin Withrow and his fiancée Gayle Froio, and Susanne Andrews and her husband Todd. She is the loving grandmother of Robert Sura, Jr., Stephanie Sura, Adam Lisewski, Emily Lisewski, Noah Lisewski, Kristen Withrow, Joshua Withrow, Michael Andrews, and Nicole Andrews. Friends may greet her family on Sunday from 2 to 5 PM in the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home 253 Elizabeth Street Derby. On Monday her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:15 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Jude Church Derby. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery Derby.
